Terms & Conditions
1. By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.
2. The closing date for entry will be on 10th February, when the draw will also take place. To qualify to enter the competition you must be resident in the United Kingdom and be 18 years old or over. You must not be an employee, an agent or a director of Flowers Direct or Russell Grant, its associated companies or subsidiaries or any advertising agency or web company connected with Flowers Direct or Russell Grant, or any member of any such person's family. Flowers Direct reserves the right to verify the legibility of applications.
3. To enter the competition, applicants must answer the competition question and complete the fields. In order to qualify for the prize, your entry must be received by the closing date stated in the competition details. Incomplete entries or those not received by the above deadline will be disqualified.
4. By entering the competition, you hereby warrant that all the information submitted by you in your application is true.
5. Flowers Direct reserves the right to publish the name and town (but not full address) of winners on its website, in promotional e-mails and other marketing materials.
6. By entering the competition you give permission for Flowers Direct to contact you from time to time by e-mail with promotional offers. After receiving the first e-mail, you can opt out of this service at any time.
7. The prize is not transferable and cannot be substituted for a cash alternative.
8. The prize will be 12 florist's choice bouquets' containing seasonal flowers and foliage up to the value of £35. One bouquet will be delivered each month to a single address for 12 consecutive months. The style, color scheme and flowers will be decided by Flowers Direct, but will reflect flowers in season.
9. The prize may be subject to change. Flowers Direct reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value at any time.
10. Once the winner has been notified a delivery address will be supplied to flowers direct and the said one bouquet per month for following 12 consecutive months will be delivered to that address, unless unforeseen circumstances arise.
11. In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct or the results of any competition, the decision of Flowers Direct shall be final.
12. Flowers Direct reserves the right to disqualify any applicant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the applicant has breached any of these terms and conditions.
13. Entry to the competition is by email only.
14. The winner will be selected at random from those entries received before the closing date. In the event of more than one correct entry, the winner will be chosen at random by Flowers Direct, the decision is final.
15. Only the winning applicant will be contacted by Flowers Direct. Flowers Direct's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost or delayed in transmission whether by email or otherwise. Flowers Direct has no responsibility for damage or loss resulting from misdirected or incomplete entries arising from computable functions, virus, bugs or other causes outside its control.
17. The competition and the terms and conditions of this agreement will be governed by English law.
